How we approach a job
Every job starts with an inspection, whether it is a single leak or a full remodel. We write down what we found, price the work as a list of tasks rather than a lump sum, and do those tasks in the order that protects the building, not just the order that is easiest for the crew. Roofing comes first when the exterior has a problem, because finishing a room under a leak wastes money twice over.
Marcus, our project lead, is the one point of contact on most jobs from the first walkthrough through the final sweep. He writes the scope, coordinates the crews, and answers the calls in between, so you are not chasing down different people for updates along the way.

We started as a roofing crew, and that background shapes how we handle every remodel and new build since. A roof and a wall meet at more points than most people realize, and getting those intersections wrong is where a lot of water damage traces back to. Keeping roofing and general construction under one crew means those details do not fall through the gap between two separate contractors.
Who we work with
Homeowners across Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney and the surrounding Collin County towns make up most of our residential work. On the commercial side, we work with property managers and facility teams on office buildings, retail spaces and clinic buildings, scheduling around business hours so the building stays operational throughout the project.
What matters to us on every job
A clean site at the end of every day, a photo record of anything that gets covered up once the work is done, and a straight answer about what a roof or a wall actually needs, even when that answer is less work than a homeowner expected going in. We would rather tell you a roof has a few good years left than sell you a replacement it does not need yet.
